Personal experiences: Mohammad: If you want a motor to run you have to have a power source. All the wires have to be connected, and a switch to make it spin.

Josh:In third grade, I made an electric house with a circuit. It was very fun but confusing because I needed to remember to keep the circuit connected.

MD: I learned how to make a spinning coil motor run with electricity this year. All you have to do is make sure all wires are connected, and the battery which is the power source. Then the electricity flows to the coil and makes it spin when the magnet is in place.

  • From many sources like water, wind, coal and solar energy
  • Powers all technologies we use today
Disadvantages
  • Coal is very bad for the environment and is the main source
  • Coal poisons rivers and crops
  • Puts carbon dioxide into the air, which kills many plants and animals
